Returns or replacements are accepted only in their original packaging, with the tags still attached and unused conditions

Terms and Conditions:
In case of theitem defective, not as described,missing accessories, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements.
In cases where you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable on the product amount (if you want to refund). For replacements, additional delivery charges apply.
Refunds will only be possible through online banking. In other cases, you can either opt for a replacement or drop by our office at Putalisadak Kathmandu or nearby customer service centre in your area to get the refund.
Any return / exchange request receive after 24 Hr or max 2 business day will not be eligible for return or exchange.
