PRODUCT STATEMENT

It is a convenient concentrate to produce rich and moist egg free muffins.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour, Milk Solids, Starch, Raising agents (INS 500-ii, 450i), Emulsifier (INS 471, 481i), Stabilising Agent (INS 415), Class II Preservative (INS 200).
Contains added flavours.

STORAGE
Store in a cool dry place.

SHELF LIFE

Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture.

PACKAGING
5kg x 4 poly bags in carton.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Cream coloured free flowing powder

PRODUCT BENEFITS
• Just 3 minutes mixing time.
• Can be used for making traditional muffins and bar cakes.
• Provides an excellent base for a wide range of flavours and fruit applications.
• Formulated to provide excellent shelf life and eating qualities.

Recipe:
TOWER™Muffin Mix Conc : 500gms
Sugar : 500gms
Eggs : 350gms
Water : 250-300gms
Veg. Oil : 250gms
Fruits (optional) : 240gms

Method:
1 . Blend TOWER™ Muffin Mix Concentrate, sugar, eggs, water and oil at low speed with whisk for 1 minute (or until it dissolves).
2. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
3. Add fruit and mix at low speed or by hand till evenly
dispersed.
4. Pour into muffin tins or cake pans and bake at 180 ºC for 18-22 minutes.
